Yes, Media Server needs to be running, but the Media Indexing of the Storage needs to occur before Media Server can recognize the files to publish via DLNA.

I haven’t been able to find anything concrete on exactly how WiiM hosts Qobuz. Is the WiiM Pro Plus a renderer to which the Qobuz signal is being sent to by the ios device? Or does the WiiM host a direct connection to the Qobuz server and allow the ios device to control it? In other words...
