You can put LMS on a PC or laptop and run it from there. I use LMS on a micro PC, the only irritating thing is that LMS needs to be restarted after every Windows update.

Depends on whether you need a dedicated phono input and a headphone socket, as the Amp Ultra doesn't have these whilst the Ultra does.
