    Sorry to hear that! I hope WiiM stops using those deep-mounted connectors on the next streamer, so that no such things happen anymore. Too many needs to use force to get their 3rd party cables..

    Do you have any hints where to find the option when it’s not visible in my advanced settings? I’m running the latest PlexServer-version 1.41.3.9292. I don’t have a premium subscription, do you need that for this option?

    Try using ethernet-cable. From my understanding the download-part are the one that takes most of the time in a update. Cable ensures the that the download itself goes as quick as possible 👍🏻

    I see that Eversolo now is coming with their own version of a UMIK-1 to be connected directly to their streamers USB-input. Would love to see support for a WiiM-mic or a UMIK-1 on Ultra or streamers in the future 👍🏻

A lot of DJ-compilations where the DJ are set as the Album-artist, but these artists don’t show under the artist-list in the WiiM-app. I see that all these tracks are mixed under Various artists with just the Track-name as info...

    Ok maybe I was a little rough, but in 2024 we have email - so it should be no problem for the support to give a message to production/assembly to mail one banana-screw to a unfortunate WiiM-owner.

    What a strange reply from support 😮 Cant be that hard to lift that lazy ass off the officechair and go to thw productionarea to get an adapter and mail you for free. Thats just normal customerservice for a new WiiM-owner whos’s probably going to buy many more WiiM-products in the future 👍🏻
