Started getting intermittent drop outs from my Pro last week. It has gradually gotten worse, so I decided to trouble shoot yesterday.
I checked ethernet cable by switching to Wi-Fi, swapped coax cables, fed my dac with another coax source. Then finally switched to optical out from the Pro...
The only thing on there I have use for is the USB, the screen is ok but useless from my listening position. Don't need the dac, don't need the phono input, and certainly don't need the HDMI ARC crap.
Will just keep my Pro . Until they make a pure, best quality they can streamer.
You are wrong again, the Audiophonics device is triggered by a 12v trigger from any device with 12v trigger output, then a relay lets 110 or 220 volts through from the connected power cord. If that doesn’t turn it on because of the design, is another problem.
No IR needed.
I also have a LG tablet that I stream from using its USB , I tried to use a upgraded ifi power supply, same 5v , but it doesn’t work, only works with the cheap wall wart it came with.
With your setting, are you using RCA output, or a digital output to a dac?
I am wondering if those setting makes a difference on all outputs or just the analog output.
