Actually the ruark rs1 subwoofer 8", that I own, does state 25 Hz. But I assume this is +/-6dB. It does play test tones around that range, plays down to approx +/-3dB at 30 Hz... Also afaik the goldenear forcefield 8" model also claims similar numbers.

Those frequency response curves are usually +/-3dB, often +/-6dB.... Depends on the manufacturer. If the range isn't specified, I assume +/-6dB. 🤷‍♂️
