Yeah I had made these changes. I’ve google stumbled on another solution that works for me, basically changed the battery settings on the Tidal app. go to Settings>Applications>TIDAL>Battery and select the Unrestricted option instead of Optimised So far so good …the problem seems fixed.

Ok thanks. I have a virgin media router that won’t allow me to change DNS settings. I changed on the WiiM app and the phone settings but still the issue persists Thanks for your help and glad you found a solution on your set up,

Are you talking about on the WiiM app? There is a Preferred DNS server bottom Or the DNS settings on your WiFi router ? Or can you just to it in the settings on the phone you are using Tidal and Wiim apps on?

I’ve had this issue for around a month. Raised it with Tidal and Wiim but neither responded I don’t know if it’s Tidal or Wiim issue. Recent updates to both apps haven’t helped

I gave up on Amazon l, that app is a mess. Agree Tidal works best for me too Apple music is great for functionality, sound and price - shame not supported on wiim

Thanks for the suggestion. Headphones worked. Then they didn't. Then the wiim app went into mode of trying to set up the wiim. After one more reboot (initiated by me) all is working again All very odd

Hello had a mini for a few months and it's been fine but from today no sound. Connection is SPDIF to digital input on amp The cable looks OK (still see red light at end) , switching to a dac into the amp doesn't work either. Rebooted the wiim. Had to hold down the play button for it to be...

I wondered if you were referring to another thread! I can get the same resolution as the source- up to 192....according to the light on the DAC anyway

To cast I goto the cogg at the top right hand corner of the amazon app, click connect to device and from there click on WiiM. The soundbar has Alexa. Not sure what you mean by difference albums not being available???? It's an android phone
