For me only the Mini firmware update works flawless (maybe since about 9 months). The Pro needs powercycling nearly each time after a firmware update. Maybe because it's not connected via WiFi (like the Mini) but via cable ...

Thank you. So this is a behaviour showing up only for ultra devices. Never observed anything like that on my pro. 🙂

Please be so kind an give the link to the documentation as i'm unable to find it out myself.

My understanding was that analog sources will be connected to a preamp (NAD C356BEE or similar).😉

As a starting point i would ask Google the follwing question: Which WiiM devices support concurrent analog audio input and output? Every WiiM device may be grouped with your existing Mini.

Regarding this post may be removing some functionality from the app would improve usability. If there are no resources to maintain something from my point of view it's better to drop it instead of delivering outdated information to the interested enduser.
