I have the same problems and WiiM add my device on the whitelist and downgraded my software to 5.2.736849. So I think it’s absolutely a software issue.

As far as I know the Cambridge streamer has no usb out like the ultra. Only an usb input for an usb stick.

I have the same experience and I sent an email to Tidal. Until now they still not have a solution for this problem. I also report this to WiiM / Tidal team. They are aware of this problem. I advise you to follow the same path as what I did.
