Did you contact WiiM ? Or order a new one from Amazon and return the bad one . I think that’s the easiest way.

It’s radio paradise not paradisio

50% of the time music just plays powering on, The other 50 it shows it’s playing , it’s not, I have to go to the app Paradisio and click on it. Is it the amp or app?

Amazon has 30 day return, then order a replacement. I have two from Amazon and so far so good. It’s a new product, defects happen . Or order another one and return the bad one . It looks like WiiM support is overloaded

That sounds aggravating . All I do is push the center button inside the big button and I have music. Look on app for version if that’s possible , contact WiiM , I would be upset , maybe it’s the remote.

What should amp temperature be in standby above ambient air temp? What should it use in watts?

spirula , yes, I am using Vandersteen towers so those are easy to power.

The only time I give a bad review is if the company is being deceptive and crooked or something is wrong with it. You just got a defect. Quit crying

No, exchange it! Quit complaining. Defects happen. 2 of mine are fine.

I bought two, both fine. In any new rollout defects will be higher. There is a percentage of any product that will be defective. You’re over reacting , exchange it.

The “Cheap Audio Man” on you tube about 5 months ago did a show on what amp goes with which speaker . Sony ssc5 keeps popping up. I have about 10 sets of speakers from 50$ -2000 so I’m doing my own test . So far my best work fine
