    I have to say I would need this feature also. This way the signal could be fed to a PC with LEDFX installed, in order to control LED lights in sync with the music.

    I can tell you that on my box the barcode starts with '03P723...' so I doubt it's a date ;) I bought mine on Aliexpress about three weeks ago, HTTP API says PCB 3
