Quality basics: please improve digital volume control

How does the volume control work when using the analogue outputs, is it a different implementation? @WiiM Support @WiiM Team @RyanWithWiim ?

Ongoing Beta Beta Test: DLNA Cast

You need to sign up for the DLNA cast firmware via the form in the first post of this thread. Once you have the beta firmware you will see DLNA as a choice on the output screen.

Completed Beta: Room Correction for Android

Thank you, sounds like using a USB-C to USB-C cable should work....can't believe I don't have one lying around somewhere.

    WiiM Pro setup

Very nice, I would just connect 1 Wiim Pro via optical and pair the Phantoms via the Devialet app.

Completed Beta: Room Correction for Android

Also, I seem to get very similar results using the mics in either my Oppo Find X5 Pro or 9th gen iPad. Will compare to my Oppo Air and partner's iPhone 14 when I get a chance. Neither picks up anything below 45hz.

Completed Beta: Room Correction for Android

Did you use USB-C to USB-C cable and did you need to change any settings within Android to enable the Umik-1? I had a try today but was using a USB-A to USB-C adapter and the Wiim app did not recognise it.

WiiM Pro Plus Firmware v4.8.623428 Update - Jul 17, 2024

I have just had to delete the details for my server and enter them again and I can now see my DSD files (.dsf) on my Wiim Pro. Prior to this I could not, maybe try this. EDIT: Update - it plays the files as well :)

WiiM Pro Plus Firmware v4.8.623428 Update - Jul 17, 2024

Instead of router address, input the server name as it appears in the other programs (for example mine appears as //ZENWIFI_XP4-645) this is how I did it with my Asus router.
