They have a shop on Aliexpress. They promote buying directly from their site rather than through Ali so that Ali fees can be avoided. Looks very legit. But when people here say clones and fakes.......... I wonder!

My Pro+ shows check for updates on the app. When I click the upgrade button, it goes to download mode, but nothing gets downloaded. After a time-out, the app says to reboot Pro+ and the router. Even if I do that, nothing happens! Too many downloads on the servers?
