It's hard to describe or tell the difference specifically as they almost sound the same. But what me and my wife noticed is the latter is more pleasant to listen to.
Here's the measurement @dominikz
All settings are the same as before except the frequency range which is 20Hz - 8000Hz. Crossover and time delay is the one I chose before which is 90Hz and 10ms.
Ok I'll try and test this tonight, thank you! I admire your dedication about it. Wiim should hire you like a test engineer for their products. Mutually they are also benefiting from your efforts. 😃
Thanks! I'll choose 10ms profile then.
Yes I like it also with a little bit of extra bass. But if in case I will reduce the volume/gain of the sub a little bit, do I need to rerun RoomFit again for a different profile? Or my existing profile will still just be good to use?
Super satisfied...
Here are the RoomFit corrections that I did with variable time delays.
Crossover that I chose is 90 Hz. All other settings are the same as before.
1. 5ms delay
2. 6ms
I also want those Speedwoofers. Unfortunately they're always out of stock and I can't wait anymore so I bought the SB-1000 Pro to complete my system. But still I have no regrets.
I also got my SVS SB-1000 Pro as open box-like new from Amazon for $460, seller is Electronics Expo which is an authorized dealer. A very good deal because it really looks brand new and complete without any dings or scratches.
Ok I'll report it there.
I see, thanks for correcting my false thinking regarding that. Yeah, that's why my goal is to have a good sound even if the volume is not that loud.
Please wait for the results later. 😊
Yes it will show like that if I will do my workaround. Weird that I'm the only one having that bug. Can you try doing a re-run, complete and save it and rename the profile. Our only difference I think is I rename all my saved profiles. But I'm not sure if that causes the bug to me.
She also...
Yes, If I will do a re-run and I complete it and save, the other previous profiles will disappear. But like I said, if I will do a re-run again and skip it, all profiles will appear.
By the way, I found a bug where the previous RoomFit saved profile will disappear if you will re-run RoomFit correction. The workaround is I have to re-run RoomFit again, and then cancel it or skip it afterwards. It will now show the other saved profiles. What's also weird is I tried to delete...
