No, I've never tried Alexa and I haven't tried Chromecast. I don't plan to either. If the Wiim app doesn't do the takeover of the Amazon setting, I'll have to accept that. But it is disappointing. Regards Nick

Hello, I use the Amazon Music setting "volume normalisation". Wiim Pro does not seem to accept this setting. Or does it? Regards Nick
