My decision to buy the Pro Plus in January 2024 was so I could use the analog in for my turntable send the audio to my stereo across the room. A short time later that feature was removed and I've been patiently waiting for DLNA Cast to show up for this device.
Yes, and I'm stuck on a very old firmware because of that feature. I would love to get DLNA Cast working and update to get all the new features but I need a reliable way to cast.
It would be helpful if we could adjust the input sensitivity of the line-in on the Pro Plus. I know we can adjust the output, but that doesn't stop clipping the input. I'm witnessing this behavior while playing records sending out the coax into my Pro Tools rig.
I've noticed with the Pro Plus when the output is set to Airplay it automatically tells Roon and Roon will downsample the audio automatically as appropriate. Fantastic! My question is does the unit do this for other inputs as well? If I have the Line In set to something greater than 44.1/16 but...
And I received a reply: "We want to assure you that the issue you've encountered is known to us, and our team is actively investigating to determine the cause. We are committed to resolving it as quickly as possible. Your patience and understanding during this process are greatly appreciated."
