I just got a Sofabaton X1S to replace my aging Logitech Harmony that has become very temperamental. I like it so far, but would love to have Wiim control via the Sofabaton. Ideally, it would be great to have the "Now Playing" screen appear on my TV when on the WiiM input.

Oh, I’m aware of the support issue. But my new-ish Synology came with DSM 7, under which LMS won’t run, with the exception that it can be run within Docker. As I’ve said in other threads here, I’m simply not interested in messing around with Docker.

Actually, I know nothing about Lenovo tablets, Android or BubbleUPnP. The Lenovo Tab M8 4th Gen says it runs Android Go Edition, which is apparently a stripped down version of android. Will BubbleUPnP run on that?
