From an android phone using chromecast. I can cast the sounds app from my phone to a a shield and Google TV, just not the wiim

I realise BBC stations can be reached through the Wiim app but I want to cast saved stations from the BBC sounds app to the mini but it doesn't show in the devices I can cast to. Any idea why? Odd as I can cast other apps to the mini. TIA
