Just done latest firmware update on WiiM Home app (ver 530553) and can report that the “Squeezelite Silence” issue has now been fixed. Playing to the WiiM Pro Plus as a Squeezelite endpoint now continues from track to track with no need to intervene and nudge the volume control after each track...

I raised this directly with WiiM and was told they had been able to recreate it and will include a fix in the next firmware update - no idea when this will be yet.
