oh, naughty customers, still crazy after all these years...pardon, months...

after more than 2 months all we have are generic answers from both sides...hope dies last...

if i understand correctly, deezer is changing api and it's a problem...ok, bad deezer, but this kind of thing would make problem for EVERYBODY, every manufacturer....but, no, only wiim still have problem? i have 2 sonos speakers as well and never since i have them i noticed something like new...

1. we are working together to solve the problem... 2. we lost deezer, sorry... it's not that hard...

listening through chromecast last night on wiim and it works fine...i did try chromecast dongle today just in case, and it works fine as well...fingers crossed...

at the moment...but, i bought them also to use other services as well...i don't want streamers like chromecast machine only...

i hope i am wrong but i think we can kiss goodbye deezer on wiim...i can't see how it is several weeks unsolved problem...luckily, i kept 2 chromecast audio dongles and i am going to use them again and forget about dedicated streamers...if one service fall off one after another i can't see the...

again, i hope Wiim have some official channels of communication with Deezer...if not, Wiim users are in deep trouble... users feedback might help, but some hierarchy of communication is a real thing...did wiim contacted deezer at all? what's wrong? they don't answer? is it about...

isn't it a Wiim job? did Wiim have any contacts with Deezer team and support? are you expecting users have to solve problems with Deezer API?

how many tickets do we have to raise? wiim should solve the problem, or tell us if deezer connection goes for good... history repeats itself when company brings out too many new products which in short overwhelmed software departments...too many products, too many bugs and issues, and here we...

some wheels are falling of, one after another...not good prospect...software side is what makes company great or bust these days...

still not working good...when you click album in library, it shows up blank first, and shows up after couple of tries...and not playing after...sometimes it plays... still pretty erratic behavior...

deezer won't play from the wiim home app directly on wiim pro....it plays through chromecast, but won't play from wiim home itself...i opened ticket, but would like to ask here is anybody else have the same problem?

nah, still too expensive....i want something like ikea symfonisk price wise...i am running 2 of them and they are working great...looking for possible replacement, but at 540 euros for 2, i don't think so...it has its advantages, but for a price you can build some small system instead... some...
