Enabling the shuffle for the playlists in the presets seems to work, but the first track appears to always be the same and the subsequent tracks are shuffled. Would it be possible to have even the first one shuffled so when the playlist / preset is started, a random track from the playlist...

Just to add that, I've also seen this happen with an iPhone streaming to WiiM Pro via Airplay. Wiim is connected via ethernet, and no other streaming methods have had this issue.

Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to define the main device, the order is alphabetical so you can rename them accordingly

the thing is that the audio plays nicely when they're in a wiim group, however chromecast doesn't work in wiim group and it needs to be casted to both unit as individuals using the google cast group. so there is no main device

I've used the newly created persistent group to play via Spotify and checked which device is Master / Slave via API. However, it's still seemingly alphabetical rather than setting the device I had selected in the Home App as master.

I've just re-created the group, had the device I wanted to be the master selected in the WiiM Home App, and created a new group, but it's still set as Slave. It seems it perhaps follows alphabetical order rather than something selectable.
