No that's actually a phonetic spelling. If you listen to the mom in the video, she's actually blowing through her lips before she says the w vowel sound which makes it sound like the h is preceding the w in the phonetic sense but the spelling is wh. It's another English weird thing!

This video does a good job of explaining the pronunciation. Basically, one shapes their lips in the w form and then blows through them making the wh sound and then pronouncing the rest of the word quickly.

Yeah I grew up learning the old fashioned pronunciation of wh where the h is actually sounded. When I was taught, this was the correct pronunciation and the w only sound was considered improper or lazy. Now, pronouncing the h is considered old-fashioned - go figure 🤣🤣

Thanks for all the replies. I guess I have two Pros then. The shipping box on one and my purchase history said Pro+ but these units are pretty much identical, ASR002.

I own both a Wiim Pro and Pro+. However, I failed to mark the Pro+ for identification and now I can't remember which is which. Is there a way to visually tell the difference? There is a difference in the numbers on the bottom ID plate. There may also be something that I can look up on the web...
