Since they won’t say, I have a theory bouncing around in my head 🙃 Sonos supports both AirPlay and Apple Music, WiiM does not. Sonos is probably scared of WiiM and have some agreement in place with Apple that is getting in WiiM’s way 🤷‍♂️ Purely conjecture on my part though 😶

You can setup your WiiMs as a Speaker Group in the Google Home app, and then Google Cast directly to that speaker group in SiriusXM app. Works well. For me it works much better than using AirPlay (as AirPlay from iOS will eventually stop playing because the device you cast from eventually loses...

The latest release - 15.4.1 - a very troublesome release that broke quite a few things (but got all resolved now except for this). I was surprised how much trouble it created … probably cause I’m still on Intel.

Since the Apple TV app is now available, I was happy to see the WiiM Home app in the AppStore on Mac! However, it’s only for M1 or higher macs :cry: So I found the WiiM Home Beta app to download and install and it was newer than my old beta version so that made me happy … until it never opens...
