Thanks, that solves the mystery! I'm sure they probably sent me revised terms at some point but I wouldn't have expected to lose the ability to play my purchases via the company that I bought them from. I must get around to trying Presto.
I suspect that Presto will pay a fair share to the artists too, though I believe that Qobuz is also better than some in this regard. Presto is currently offering a free trial, with the chance to win a free year's subscription, so perhaps I should give them a try!
I use Presto for CD purchases (excellent company imo), but I haven't looked at their streaming service. Do you know if it as comprehensive for classical as Qobuz?
You are saying that there is a difference between using an ethernet cable versus WiFi? I can't see any reason for this, unless either the cable or the WiFi is broken.
Can you expand on what you mean by 'better' in this context?
How does changing a cable alter the signal ? I was under the impression that it either works or it doesn't. What am I missing?
