    What's your setup/configuration look like?

Sorry for the pic quality, not enough light... WiiM Ultra->usb->LAIV µDAC->WiiM Vibelink (using XLR->RCA adaptors). Not a very budget-friendly dac option, but certainly takes the WiiM combo to another level

    Firmware update 1.2.714817 update

Same here The Vibelink just appeared in my WHA and automatically started the update. When it finished, I could see the small arrow. When I clicked it, it started updating again. Don't know what was changed/updated actually.

So, how do you do it then?

    Firmware update 1.2.714817 update

I'm trying to connect the Vibelink to BT to see if there are any firmware updates for it. I understand that's the only way, since there's network connectivity on the Vibelink

    Firmware update 1.2.714817 update

Hello, A newbie question: how do you connect a Vibelink to the WiiM Home App? I've tried to find my Vibelink through BT on my phone, but no luck... Do I need to turn something on (besides the obvious, of course ;)) in order to make my Vibelink discoverable for BT? BTW: I've connected a trigger...

    The competition doesn't sleep

So, USB on Nano doesn't work as an output, or?

    The competition doesn't sleep

Glad yo hear you're happy with the WiiMs. I'm using a Mini and also a WiiM Amp in another space. Fully happy with both of them, although the Mini gets less playtime these days. I think I've heard of some issues with the 50+, but the S10+ was a novelty and for 53 EUR, I just couldn't pass up on...

    The competition doesn't sleep

As a WiiM Mini and S10+ user, I can't agree with you. Yes, features are lacking on S10+, but the sound of the Mini and the S10+ are absolutely comparable, not to say identical, when using them through the same outboard dac. I've had no issues with any of them and I don't mind the lack of 24/192...

    The competition doesn't sleep

While I know that new Nodes have been the "spark" for this thread, I would like to ask what about other competition? What can we consider as realistic competition to WiiM products, especially the WiiM Ultra? I've recently purchased an Arylic S10+. Paid 53 EUR for it. I think it gave WiiM Mini a...

    The competition doesn't sleep

Thanks for taking the time to answer my question(s). Obviously, everybody's mileage varies, depending on their particular sound tastes. There's no doubt that Bluesound pieces are better built than most of the WiiM's devices, they feel less plastic at least. Features-wise, the Ultra is a clear...

    The competition doesn't sleep

Does Nano have any analog inputs at all? I think not... Did you happen to a/b test Nano Vs. any streamer from WiiM with any of your external dacs? If yes, what were your impressions of the differences? Thanks

Auto sensing of Optical Input is too fast

That's exactly what I want to happen - otherwise, I could turn the auto-sensing off for that particular input and switch manually. For me, that's logical behavior.

Auto sensing of Optical Input is too fast

Thank you So, this is correct behaviour. It would be logical to me that if auto-sensing is switched on for an input, user wants the device to switch to that input. That's what I would expect at least, since for me that's the essence of the feature, isn't it?
