A loudness function that would adapt according to volume (like in rme's dac or some yamaha products) would be great. more volume -> less of a smiley face in eq and vice versa.

It would be great if you could output sound from all (more then one) outputs at the same time. And apply eq to each output. That way for example the mini could output to a subwoofer through its analog output and use the optical one to output to a dac or dac/amp with a high pass filter applied...
