max volume

I have the Ultra connected via line out to active Klipsch 41PM speakers. I had the volume set to about mid on the speakers and 30-40 on the Wiim and the volume was perfect. But now at 30-40 the speakers are not quiet and to hear the music at least very quietly I have to set the Wiim to 70-80...
