Looks like the best you can do is to install the Medici.tv app to your phone and then airplay the audio to your WiiM device. WiiM devices don’t support video.
Looks like an omission on the medici.tv android app - one of their screenshots shows a rectangular casting icon but when I downloaded the app to my android phone to check, that cast icon doesn't appear (the airplay icon does appear on the ios app). I suggest you contact medici.tv and ask them why the chromecast casting icon doesn't appear in the android app. And indeed if that casting option supports audio only.
Given the audio quality of their content sees to max out at 320kbps, you may find that using Bluetooth from your android app to your WiiM device may be sufficient for your needs.
Thanks, just found this link which suggests the Cast icon only appears if you're a subscriber, which I'm not. However, the link doesn't make it clear if devices such as the WiiM (except the Mini) which only support Chromecast audio will appear as target devices - it seems focussed on smart TVs.
