Any way to get the amp to never go on standby?

Is there any way to get the amp to never go on standby? The 4 seconds it takes to get out of standby is very annoying for computer usage when every time I try to listen to something or watch a video I lose the first 4 seconds.

In the WiiM Home app settings for your Amp, go to Standby Mode, and you should see Never at the bottom of the list.

The amp doesn't have the "never" option.

Apologies, my Amp is currently disconnected, so I gave details from my Ultra, and thought the Amp would be the same.
Perhaps it is an option that could be added for the Amp.

1. Set the auto-standby to 1 hour.
2. Install the Alexa app on the phone.
3. Create 24 routines and set them to stop WiiM music every hour.

Maybe this will start WiiM every hour and avoid standby. (Not tested)

As far as I know the "Never" option is not compliant with EU legislation.

You could install the current WiiM Home beta app for Windows. It offers different standby mode options, including "Never".

Just be careful not to change it through the mobile app again. Unless you want it, of course.
