If I stop playing music and leave everything and someone walks up to a particular Audio Pro speaker and hits the physical Favorites Button 1 for example, nothing happens.... I discovered that it has to be ungrouped and then favorites can be used.

Is this the accepted behavior for this situation?

Without question one of the best features of Audio Pro speakers is the favorites button and I believe the damn phone is just being required for too much... The physical speaker buttons should take priority.

Please check to see if a preset has already been registered for that device. Presets must be registered for each device.

When I press the preset button on the A10 speaker in the WiiM group, my favorite music is successfully played in the group. this works even when the A10 is a child device of the group.

However, I am not sure if it works the same way with non-WiiM editions. Please clarify which device's preset buttons do not work.

Edit:
Note that pressing the preset button of a child device in the group will play the preset of the parent device.
(e.g., if Preset 1 on the parent device is "empty", nothing happens when the Preset 1 button on the child device is pressed).

Yes, the preset is working fine on my C10 MKII (WiiM edition) when its ungrouped. I walk up, push 1, plays Jazz playlist from Spotify on this speaker only (which is fine).

However, if this speaker is is left in a group it will not play the favorites If I push the preset 1 button, nothing happens actually.

Are any presets registered on the parent device of that group? If nothing is registered yet, nothing will be played.

Hi conn,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please note the standard Audio Pro devices (non-WiiM Edition), such as the Audio Pro C5A and C10, are not fully compatible with WiiM OS, which may cause issues when using with the WiiM Home App. Our team primarily tests with WiiM devices, so we cannot guarantee full compatibility with non-WiiM devices.

Additionally, please send us a feedback ticket so we can further troubleshoot this issue for you. Thank you for your understanding!
