Bluetooth jbl charge 5 no connection

Hello i am trying too connect mij jbl charge 5 to my wiim ultra with Bluetooth .i have my jbl in pairing mode end then i can select mij jbl in the Bluetooth pairing mode in de ultra but there is no connection .. i have an older Bluetooth speaker and that is working fine .

Have the same problem with a pro and a bluetooth speaker Urbanears Ralis, but i have other device pairing without any problem. This speaker pairs with my phone, tablet and LMS server flawlessly.

Different devices, different problems then. It's more than unlikely that there is a common reason and a common solution.

Hi. Can you make sure that your speakers aren't pairing with another device. Make sure previously connected devices have their Bluetooth switched off.
If this doesn't work, please raise a ticket through the wiim home app more/feedback
