Here is the problem. When I rebooted yesterday, it discontinued to connect to streaming services. It does still play from the USB connection to my external hard drive.

To try to solve the problem, I unplugged and re-plugged in the router. I unplugged and plugged back in the Wiim Ultra. I rebooted the Wiim Ultra again. Still could not connect to streaming services. I then set it back to factory settings. It’s still does not connect to streaming services.

Where do I go on the app to force it to connect to one of the services available in the browse tab?

The unit is only three months old.

Sounds like a network issue.
What is the Network Status and DNS server settings?

I assume you can connect locally but that Chromecast and other connections don't work.

Thanks! Yes, I was thinking also that it may be a network issue. I can connect locally.

Network status is connected. DNS is set to automatic as opposed to manual. I am using a Mac.

Are you running the beta desktop WiiM home app on your Mac? Streaming services aren’t supported there, just in the mobile/tablet version of the WiiM home app

The initial question suggested that it did work before!

The question is now if you have same issue from the phone? Can you start a streaming service from your phone?

The streamer services don’t work with my iPhone or iPad. I am not using a desktop version of the app.

Thank you for your help.

I had the ethernet plugged into an ethernet hub that was no longer functioning. I now have it plugged directly into the router.

It works!

Thanks again!
