Hello all.. has anyone else experienced the WiiM pro not being recognized? I run the WiiM using Ethernet then from a coaxial out to my Burson Conductor 3R. Since the most recent firmware update almost every time I switch input on the Burson from coaxial from the WiiM to optical or USB from another device and then switch back the Pro is not an included device on Spotify. I then have to reset the WiiM each time and lose all my stored EQ settings.

Any ideas? I contacted WiiM but haven’t heard back yet.

Please try these general troubleshooting tips first.

• Log out of the Spotify app
• Reinstall the Spotify app
• Restart the phone
• Clear the cache of the WiiM app
• Reinstall the WiiM app

If this does not resolve the issue, can you tell us the phone model?

In the WiiM Pro network settings, you might also try setting a static IP for the unit.

iirc, the Preferred DNS Server setting (ipv6 too?) can mess with spotify.
Maybe try toggling those switches?
