E70 Velvet to Vibelink

As I want to utilise the Dac in my E70, I presume I would use RCA to the Vibelink?

Yes - remember DAC stands for digital to analogue converter I.e. digital in and analogue out…

Use the 2.5/5V RCA/XLR output setting on the E70 Velvet to RCA input on the VibeLink and there should be both, sufficient power and sufficient gain for the Q7 Metas.

Technically, the VibeLink is cleaner over digital input, but then you'd be using the DAC in the VibeLink and not your E70 Velvet, and gain will not be as high (it won't play as loud for the same volume setting).
