This morning when I went to start streaming from Qobuz, I noticed the email address is not mine. When I tried to pull up playlists, I see some other person’s. I logged out of their account on Qobuz and then logged back in with my credentials, but it dumps me back in with the other person’s account again!!! I don’t want to post screen shots here because it would reveal mine and the other person’s email addresses. I have no damn clue who the other person is and don’t like their musical taste. I’ve submitted a ticket through the app and attached screenshots. I am especially concerned because I am wondering if this is happening to anyone else and if that means somebody else might have access to my Qobuz account and start f@)&cking with my playlists etc.

Same here. I updated the firmware for my Ultra, then my Qubuz account got whacked! This is awful. Logging in using my credentials for Qobuz and I get some random account.

Is it related to WiiM only or also when using the Qobuz app?

Anyway this should of course not be possible. So Qobuz do have an issue here.

I checked the Qobuz subreddit, and apparently others were having this issue last Friday. This is a Qobuz problem for sure.

It sure would be nice if WiiM communicated about this issue right here as opposed to Facebook.
Many folks including myself will have nothing to do with Facebook ever, I can't stand when companies assume that each and every person on Earth follows them on Facebook and so obviously that's the best way to reach everyone cheaply and easily.

Thanks for the flag all! We'll reach out to Qobuz and see if there's anything on our end that needs to be fixed.

I had to log out and back in to Qobuz for it to correctly reflect my username in the WiiM app
