Headphone output query.

Does anyone have the headphone output connected to a Reel2Reel player input to record onto tape from a turntable?

Why would you use the headphone out, and not just use the RCA outs? I have a R2R so could test it for you sometime.

The problem that I have is that my speakers are active and connected via RCA's, so they use the only output on the ultra, Currently (I think it is in their roadmap to enable use of more than 1 output at a time and simultaneous) you cannot use more than 1 output, I assumed that the headphone out would be separate,

Hi p147,
Have you looked at using an RCA splitter to feed both your speakers and the reel to reel ?
Another possible alternative is to buy a Wiim Mini or Pro to feed the reel to reel. You can synch the audio with the Ultra.

Funnily enough, I am expecting an RCA splitter today, so will give that a try over the weekend. Still cannot get my head around the synching of the mini or pro.
