Help vibelink stuck updating to latest firmware

I am having an issue where the vibelink is stuck updating for the last 30minutes or so. I have my phone as close as possible to the vibelink so the update would have mo problems updating I noticed it was still updating about 15 minutes later. I am not sure what is the next step?

I know that it’s no consolation, but my Vibelink has just received the same update, and it was completed in about 2 minutes.

Please try restarting the WiiM app.
 
Mine just updated too. Noticed any changes?
No, I haven't noticed any changes, I wondered if it was going to offer the option to rename it, but seemingly not, unless it would need another app update to enable something to happen. :unsure:

Please help us investigate this issue by sending feedback through the WiiM Home app: go to the More tab and tap Feedback. Our engineers will look into it promptly once received.
 
This new update that if I switch it off and close the app and open again the vibe is on. Even I turn it off it will turn on once close and open app.

I’m seeing similar behaviour in the app, but in my case, even though the Vibelink is showing as being on in the app, it isn’t.

So this is perhaps a bug in the latest firmware update. 🤔

Mee too.
But, Vibe was activated last night, as was @Smartplug. An old bug may have come back..?🤔
 
Vibe is now always on with this new update. How do I roll back on previous firmware?
 
Don’t know if it was there before, but I noticed the vibelink had a “disconnected” badge in the app after the update before I started using it again with my Ultra.

That has been there for quite some time.
 
It’s a bug the app shows on but vibe is off. More and more investing on AI that could be used to look into the codes for possible culprits.
