Livestream support

There are some great hi-res livestream stations out there, that would be a nice addition but don't seem to work - like the motherearth content and some of the Superstereo stuff from Chile. perhaps there could be a way to capture requests for these and figure out a way to make this more accessible? Its really a pity that the Motherearth stuff remains inaccessible.

Just added http://server9.streamserver24.com:18900/motherearth under Open Network Stream and it’s now playing at 24/192 on my WiiM Mini
