I hope someone can help me.
I connected a USB HD to the USB port of my Wiim Ultra, where all my music album collections are located. Only in a few cases are the related artworks visible. I noticed that the files of the visible ones were named folder.jpg.
I tried to rename some others, for example, from front.jpg to folder.jpg, but they remain invisible. I also tried to scan the USB disk but without success. How can I solve it?

Solution
Delete the WiiM cache folder from the usb drive and redo the scan

Edit: delete the WiiM app cache too if you can, or delete and re-install the app to clear it

I confirm that this is how it works! Thank you.
I'm also wondering if there is a way to view more than one artwork for each album. For example front cover, back, inlay etc.

Not that I’m aware of, and while I’ve ripped albums using dbpoweramp and added such, I can’t say I remember using a media player that displayed them

Easiest way to have the requested features: Buy the record!

This is really not convenient and not feasible with iPhoneOS
