Welcome.
What record player? Many only have a phono out, which is not the same as line out.
You have it plugged into the wiim's line in, so may need a phono stage between the turntable and amp.
What are the headphones plugged into?

Its audio technica lp60xusb
I've not used a TT for many, many years, so maybe someone else will chime in soon!

Seems that your TT does have a line level output, and you say you have the amp set to line in.
I note the TT comes with a 3.5mm "headphone" to sterao rca cable.
Does that plug into the same socket as your headphones on the TT?
Specs say it has both phono and line out, but line out is normally fixed (max) volume.
If it is the same, maybe turn the TT volume to max.

Not directly related to this no sound issue, but go into the wiim app and set the line in settings to 96khz 24 bit.
The line in is digitised, and this seems to be the best setting to use.

Just read this:
"It also has a built-in switchable phono pre-amp for simple phono or line-level output for easy connection to a stereo or powered speakers."
Have you switched it to line level?

Yeah it plugs in to same socket,

Cant see option to change it to line level
The internet says
"move the switch on the rear of the turntable to LINE."
