No audio using bluetooth input

WiiM Ultra paired for Bluetooth input from computer; streaming audio produces no audio from WiiM and amp. Ultra screen shows streaming and when I changed input to another source (toslink from CD player) to test, when I shut off bluetoooth input, screen said 'music stopped.'
Cannot figure this out.

Have you set the appropriate audio output in the app? You'll find that in the device settings. The little gear icon on the devices page.

Yes, I have checked the output (I'm using line out). I know that is working -- I have not changed it and I switched source to toslink (from CD player) input and it is working fine.

No -- sorry I was not clear. Still not working. I was just trying to say that I had checked the output setting by not changing it, but changing to another input, that worked.

Sorry for the rudimentary question,

Is the volume between the PC and WiiM via Bluetooth appropriate?
Also, is it muted?

Can you connect a Bluetooth receiver other than the WiiM to the PC and see if it outputs audio?
(Or connect your phone to the WiiM via Bluetooth and check if it works.)
