Numerous attempts to associate a Sennheiser Momentum 4 via bluetooth

But the result is always "device not found". Does anyone know the problem and can give me suggestions?

Where does "device not found" appear?

After putting the headphones into pairing mode, open Audio Output in the WiiM home app and tap Bluetooth (pair). If you already have a device paired to the headphones, it is recommended to unpair them once.

The headphones are new never associated with other devices

Can you connect your WP+ to any other bluetooth device successfully?

Yes for example with Harman Kardon active bluetooth speakers
