Of you mean PC USB out to Ultra USB in, then no. The Ultra USB is only audio output and file system input.

For PC USB to Ultra you will need to convert USB to optical.

That's a shame, a missed opportunity. It would have been a good desktop system, with such a small screen and headphone amp it's the sort of thing PC desktop users have .
