While forum members may offer help and advice based on their experience with WiiM and related products and can often help answer your query, you may be advised to contact WiiM directly by raising a ticket thru the settings/feedback section in the mobile WiiM Home app. This additional route for help has the benefit of submitting your device and app logs which WiiM engineers can analyse to help diagnose the root cause of your issue.
