Note that it is not visible on app ver. 240805. In my case, I see pregain only in ver. 240809.

And currently in Google store is 240805.

You also need latest firmware 5658. Check your firmware.

Hi forum. Have anybody else experienced that the pre-gain setting is not saved after setting it? This feature is king, but I can not save it on via my Android version of the app. Every time I restart the Ultra or the app the setting seem to have reset to zero.

Make sure you raise a ticket if you haven’t already done so
