I have the WiiM Ultra Music Streamer, I have it connected via HDMI ARC to my Sony Bravia OLED 2020 A8H TV, but the issue is this, when I turn on the TV it does not also turn on my Sony BDV-N9200W Only when I turn it off it also turns it off, you know it is misconfigured so that it does not perform this option since I have to turn it on manually with the remote control of my Sony BDV-N9200W.
-I have Sony Bravia Sync configured in HDMI Control on my TV
-I have HDMI activated on the BDV-N9200W
-I have HDMI-CEC on my WiiM Ultra activated
I don't know what else I have to configure so that my Sony BDV-N9200W also turns on with the TV remote control and my entire ecosystem turns on at the same time with the remote control of my Sony TV Help please!!

I'd like to help, but the only words I understand are "WiiM Ultra", "Sony Bravia OLED 2020 A8H", "Sony BDV-N9200W", "HDMI ARC" and "HDMI CEC". ;)

Please post in English, @jbvillalbster. I ran your post through Google Translate:
The WiiM Ultra Music Streamer, which is connected to HDMI ARC on the Sony Bravia OLED 2020 A8H TV, is also connected to the siguiente, but the TV is not connected to the Sony BDV-N9200W Once configured so that there is no reality for this option, you can only use it manually with the remote control of your Sony BDV-N9200W.
-Tengo Sony Bravia Sync configured in HDMI Control and mi TV
-Tengo HDMI activated in the BDV-N9200W
-Tengo HDMI-CEC and WiiM Ultra activated
I don't want to configure anything that includes my Sony BDV-N9200W with the remote control of the TV and all my eco-system that is now available with the remote control of my TV Sony Ayuda por favor!!

I get a different better translation from Google Translate 🤔

A primary CEC device like a TV won't turn on a secondary device like a Bluray player - it's my understanding that it's meant to work the other way round i.e turning on the bluray player turns on the TV

Normally a source device should not turn on with the TV, only when you select the HDMI input on the TV it's connected to. The exception is if the device is on a ARC HDMI channel (as with the WiiM), then it can be turned on with the TV to output the TV sound.

Ah now I understand better because reading in the Bravia Sync Settings on my TV it says that it will only turn on one device at a time, not several. In my case, only the WiiM Ultra is turning on because I have it via HDMI-ARC eARC. I think that's how it is. Please confirm!!!!

I’d guess the Ultra might be turning on because you have auto-sensing of its HDMI input turned on, which isn’t the same as HDMI-CEC afaik

What do you mean? If HDMI CEC Power Control is on, then the WiiM will turn on from standby and change input to TV.

I didn't think a primary device could turn on a secondary device, just the other way round. Are you suggesting that any or all secondary devices like bluray players or cable boxes would also be turned on if they had HDMI-CEC enabled? If so, how would the TV know which input to display? Or is HDMI ARC turning on a secondary device as it needs to know where to send the audio?
