Wanted to see if anyone out there has recently been in touch with any instance of support from Qobuz?
I have emailed them a week ago on both their "support-help@qobuz.com" and "support@qobuz.com" with no reply in sight.

Anyway, my reason for trying to reach them is that I missed the cancelation of my "Free Trial" with one day, and they fined me a whole years subscription fee.
My fault of course, but hey, some customer service goes a long way, anyway, I can not recommend them to anyone based on this experience.

They are well known for extreme long reaction time. If ever. You could try account@qobuz.com.
Or go the hard way and call the money back. Anyway, as you stated, the fault is simply on your Side.

Their support pales compared to WiiM. Their subscription process is bad and their reaction to cancellation is awful. I suspect their future may not be long.

Never had any problem with Qobuz. Therefore the line about the long reaction time was hearsay. But, in a forum like this one with extreme technical knowledge and spending a lot of time online, at least by some, I would expect reading subscription conditions and so on carefully. The yearly tier is cheaper and they do not hide that it is not refundable. What nevertheless should be made more transparent is that you have the choice to pay yearly or monthly during the registration process for the test phase. But pacta sunt servanda.

My bad yes, but sometimes life comes between, and would be nice to get some support as I could really use that money elsewhere this month.

Don't get me wrong, I understand the frustration. No reaction is always bad.

I was very aware and planned on canceling, but personal issues and family came between, so one small subscription was easily missed.
Nevermind, que sera sera!

If you paid via a credit card you could try contacting the card company and see if the can help, i had a simular issue (not with qobuz), my card company issued a charge back to my account and i was refunded.
