Radio Apps that cast to Wiim??

I'm trying to find out if there's a Radio Player App that casts to the WiiM itself rather than via Chromecast in a similar way to how Amazon Music does.

Reason for asking I have WiiM mini's which I can use to extend my mutiroom capability but they're not Chromecast enabled and I'm not a great fan of using the WiiM App.

Casting protocols tend to be specific to a steaming service and I’m not aware of any radio apps that have developed their own casting method.

Given the WiiM devices support airplay 2, you could use that to group them and cast from an iOS device.

You might also be able to group your devices in the Wiim app, then set one to Bluetooth input and Bluetooth from your radio app to that.

You may possibly of answered it ... I hadn't thought of using Airplay2, that may be the way to go if there's nothing else

Try VRadio.
It shows 2 casting options with my wiim pro.
One is chromecast and the other one is a mystery to me for now. Try it it might work. Check the attached screenshots:
