Radio streams often fail to start

I’m loving my WiiM pro and find it amazing value for money.

One issue I’m having though is with radio streams (I mainly listen to bbc radio in the uk). A lot of the time they work fine but maybe 30/40% of the time when I try to start them (either with a preset, browsing to them or calling via the http api) they just do nothing.

Has anyone else seen this? Is there any way to access a log and see what’s happening?

There aren't any user logs to view, although if you're adept on android, you should be able to find it somewhere in the app folders.

Is your firewall perhaps blocking them, and is your network connection stable?

Maybe best raising a ticket thru the feedback section in the WiiM app when this happens so WiiM can inspect the logs for issues
