RCA cable recommendation for coaxial digital - up to 192kHz

Hello,

I am using a WiiM Pro and using the coaxial digital output. To avoid a bunch of trial-and-error, I am looking for recommendations on RCA cables that you know from experience will work all the way up to 192kHz. I am currently using a Mogami 2964 RCA cable (brand: World's Best Cables) that I originally purchased for an analog audio interconnect, and it was fine up to 96 kHz, but silent at 192kHz.

Note: I did find an old set of component video cables lying around and I did have success using one of them for 192kHz files, so I know the rest of my setup is OK for playing 192. But this cable is way longer than I want to use, so I am in need of a new RCA cable that will work for 192kHz daudio.

For what it's worth, the Mogami RCA cables that I am using do have a 75 ohm impedance listed in their specs. As I mentioned, I did have an extra one and it worked fine for 192kHz audio. So the one that I was using may have an issue. I can still hang onto it if I ever need another one for analog audio.

I had a bad HDMI cable a while back and it took a while to figure out it was the culprit. The rear of my components are not easily accessible and it was quite the ordeal. If I had a swear jar it would have been over flowing.

Yes, I'm going to be in the same boat when replacing my cable in this case too. It's going to be a PITA.

Don't do that (other use), there must be something wrong with the soldering (take a look in the plugs) or is has a torn or cut wire somewhere along the cable.

Thx for the info. Mogami is indeed great stuff and WBC makes nice cables.
