Reboots & Factory Reset: How To Preserve/Backup Streaming Presets and Custom EQ Settings?

My Wiim Amp has been spontaneously and randomly rebooting. I have disconnected the power cord and after a few minutes reconnected it. This is not a permanant solution.

Question 1: Does a power off/on cycle have exactly the same effect as a Reboot using the WiiM Home App?

Question 2: Does a Factory reset casue a permanent loss of Presets and custom EQs? I have invested time to curate streaming Presets and Favorites– including manually entering URLs. Likewise for my custom EQs. Having to start over using saved WiiM Home screen shots is inconvenient.

How often do reboots occur? WiiM will automatically reboot periodically (Certainly every 72 hours).
